AI Student Worker
Are you a student motivated by using AI to fundamentally improve how organisations work while contributing to helping children thrive globally?
Join the LEGO Foundation as an AI Student Worker, where your primary focus will be to identify, build, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and ways of working.
In this role, you will use modern AI tools to automate processes, build agents, and create scalable solutions in an international, purpose-driven organisation. You will collaborate with colleagues across the Foundation to convert AI opportunities into practical, working solutions.
Driving AI-enabled efficiency across the Foundation
As AI Student Worker, your focus is to create tangible improvements in how we work using AI and automation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Identifying repetitive or inefficient processes and proposing AI-driven improvements
Designing and building AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows
Implementing solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar
Prototyping and testing new use cases (e.g. internal chatbots, automated reporting, knowledge assistants)
Helping to scale proven solutions across teams
Through this role, you will gain practical experience applying AI to real organisational challenges and delivering tangible impact.
Builder profile with a strong focus on execution
We are looking for a student who does not just use AI tools—but builds solutions that improve how work gets done.
You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e.g. AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar) with at least 1.5 years remaining of your studies.
Furthermore, we expect you to have the following qualifications:
Practical experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar
Demonstrated ability to build automations, workflows or AI agents (e.g. via APIs, scripting or low-code tools)
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into practical AI solutions that create efficiency gains
Comfortable experimenting, iterating and improving solutions based on feedback
Work independently and take ownership of tasks from idea to implementation
Fluency in English and Danish, written and spoken
You will be based at our Billund office, with access to a shuttle bus service connecting Aarhus and Vejle to support flexible commuting. The position is approximately 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your studies.
